We are not responsible for any issues arising from false or incomplete information provided by users.
3. No Guarantee of Placement
While we aim to recommend suitable candidates, we do not guarantee:
- Successful placement
- Performance of any helper
- Long-term employment outcomes
Final hiring decisions and employment relationships are between the employer and the helper.
4. Compliance with Regulations
All placements and processes are subject to the regulations set by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and requirements in Singapore.
5. Limitation of Liability
Orchard Employment Agency shall not be held liable for:
- Actions, conduct, or performance of any domestic helper
- Any loss, damage, or disputes arising after placement
- Delays caused by external factors (e.g. processing, approvals, travel)
6. Fees and Payments
All service fees will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation.
Payments made are subject to agreed terms and may be non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise stated.
